Evidence in vivo at St Louis University.
Back in 2012, biologists at Washington University in St. Louis completed a scientific study with evidence supporting the statement that the presence of NAD in the blood (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) contributes to the rejuvenation of the organism as a whole. This native polynucleotide, which is present to a greater degree in the blood of young animal organisms, plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cells.
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is a cofactor found in all living cells. The compound is called a dinucleotide because it consists of two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. One nucleotide contains an adenine nucleobase and the other nicotinamide.
During experiments carried out in the laboratory, scientists extracted from the blood of young rodents the enzyme eNampt, which starts the synthesis of NAD, and introduced it to old experimental mice. During a short period of time, the general condition of the animals improved extraordinary. Compared with the control animals, the experimental mice were more active, showed better results in various tests, including memory and visual perception. It should be noted that the total lifespan of experimental mice increased by an average of 16%.
This experiment only explains one of the mechanisms of polynucleotides in the body blood.
The effectiveness of preparations containing these polynucleotides, like PDRN-PRO + HA CUBE 3, with repeatedly proven statistics of their use, hardly anyone can question it.
On the contrary, it will only expand the picture of understanding why PDRN-PRO + HA CUBE 3 and similar drugs with those argument are gaining popularity among cosmetologists.
